See It Again will bid for Hollywoodbets Durban July glory for a second time, having come agonisingly close to victory in 2023.
Mike Roberts' star went into last year's race as the bookie's favourite, having beaten Charles Dickens in the Cape Derby at Kenilworth. Pierre Strydom's mount pulled clear of the field with market-rival Winchester Mansion, only to get outstayed by Brett Crawford's charge in the final 100 yards.
See It Again kicked off this season with victories in the Pinnacle and Green Point Stakes. Following placed efforts in both the King's Plate and the Cape Town Met, Robert's four-year-old warmed up for his return to the Durban July with a staying-on third behind Dave The King in the recent Gold Challenge.
See It Again will wear the number 1 saddle cloth number, will carry a top-weight of 60kg and was drawn down the centre of the track in stall ten. Four-time Durban July winner, Piere Strydom will be riding the favourite and he'll be wearing the pink, green and white silks of owner Mr N. Jonsson.
